Biodiversity DB

Biodiversity data is scattered across thousands of databases and natural history collections worldwide, creating a major bottleneck for ecological research. This project applies deep learning and database integration techniques to make this data more accessible and interoperable.

This is an ongoing collaboration with Xiao Feng, Daniel Park, and Adam Smith.
